We offer exchanges for bras only (shipping covered by the buyer) on all international orders of unworn and undamaged full-priced bras within 14 days of purchase.
Only items in their original, unworn condition can be returned. However, if you wore your bra once to try out the fit, that's okay! Bras cannot be returned if stretched out or washed. Bottoms and gift cards are final sale.

Return Shipping Return orders must be shipped via the mail service of your choice, with shipping costs covered by the customer. We appreciate your support (and patience) with the postal service. All full-priced items are eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. Packs must be returned in full. Due to the delicate nature of our products, all returned items must be:

Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

With tags attached

In original packaging

Exchanges & Refunds

Direct exchanges: Available for size or color changes.

Refunds: If you prefer a refund to your original payment method, a €10 deduction will apply to cover shipping and restocking fees.
Important Notes:

Exchanges, store credits, and refunds will only be issued after returned goods have been received and inspected.

Please allow up to 15 business days to process your return once your package has been shipped.

Direct exchange requests are not guaranteed due to limited stock availability.

If returning part of a combined package, the refund will reflect only the individual item’s price.

Items purchased with a discount code will be refunded at the proportionally discounted price, not the full price.

"Last Chance" or sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Black Friday sale items are eligible for direct size exchanges only.

Unauthorized or damaged returns will be returned to sender.
