We offer exchange for Bras only (shipping is covered by the buyer). On all International orders of unworn and undamaged full-priced bras within 14 days of purchase.  

Only items in their original, unworn condition can be returned. However, if you wore your bra once to try out the fit, that's ok! Bras cannot be returned if stretched out or washed. Bottoms, gifts cards are final sale.

Please note, return orders ship via mail you prefer. Returning shipment costs are customer's expenses. We appreciate you bearing with us (and supporting the post office). All full-priced items are eligible for return within 14 days of the original purchase date. Packs must be returned in full. Given the delicate nature of what we sell, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging to proceed with a return.

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or color, we offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a refund back to your original payment method, we deduct €10 from your refund to cover shipping and restocking.

Please note, 

  • Exchanges, store credits and/or refunds will be issued only after returned goods have been received and inspected by our warehouse to confirm they meet our return-eligible criteria above.
  • Please allow up to 15 business days to receive and process your return request after your return package has been shipped.
  • While we try our best, direct exchange requests are not guaranteed because our stock is limited.
  • If you’re returning part of a combined package, the refunded amount will reflect the item’s price, not the full price of the combined package.
  • If you’re returning an item purchased with a discount code, your refund will reflect the item’s proportionally discounted price, not the standard full price of the item.
  • "Last Chance" or price reduced items purchased in the context of a sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Black Friday price reduced items are eligible for direct size exchange.
  • Damaged returns and returns sent back without prior authorization will be returned to sender.
